The blade for this Brute de Forge camp knife was forged from EN45. The blade length is just shy of 240mm, it is 6mm thick on the spine with an overall length of 365mm. The cutting edge has a shallow recurve, the blade flats have been left with the forge scale on and the secondary bevel has a forced acid etch patina. The finger choil has been flared in that Brute de Forge style and the full tang is tapered with tan Micarta scales, blue liners and two S/S Corby bolts. The deep pouch leather sheath is wet formed, dyed saddle tan and the belt keeper has been cut through the welt in the mountain man style. The welt has been stitched with blue thread to match the scale liners.
