Mountain man folder
The handle on this mountain man style folding knife is Sambar stag antler which has been dyed with mahogany brown leather dye then cleaned back and sealed with Danish oil. The blade is forged from EN43 medium carbon spring steel and the external back spring is forged from a truck leaf spring which has been gun blued and has fancy file work along both outside edges. The saddle has planished sides, is a plumb brown colour and is topped off with a brass rose. The end cap on the tine is gun blued and filed to match the rough surface of the antler, there are brass washers on the pivot pin and the finger ring has been twisted.
