Kitsune

Kitsune

Kitsune means fox in Japanese and the fox holds a very special place within Japanese folklore. The blade for the Kitsune is made from 5mm W-1 high carbon tool steel. The blade length is 140mm and the overall length of the knife is 265mm. The blade has been double acid etched and features a random strike pattern on its surface. The handle scales are made from stabilised Australian curly narra coupled with white fibre liners and are held in place with two stainless steel Corby bolts and one stainless steel thong tube. The sheath is a wet moulded leather pancake style which has been dyed black and has Kydex rivets fitted to carry a Spyderco G-clip carry system which makes this sheath fully ambidextrous.
